Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Transport Coordinator in Banksmeadow NSW to manage end-to-end air import deliveries, coordinating with airlines, GHAs and transport providers to ensure on-time, compliant, and cost-effective shipments. You will handle freight movements, documentation, and stakeholder communication to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in freight management and operational systems (CargoWise).
• Experience in airfreight imports/operations or freight forwarding.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end air import deliveries, ensuring timely collection, release and delivery.
• Collaborate with airlines, GHAs and transport providers for efficient freight movements.
• Inform customers and internal stakeholders proactively on shipment progress and delivery outcomes.
• Create and manage transport documentation to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment data, milestones and PODs in freight systems.
• Monitor transport costs and support accurate invoicing and cost reconciliation.
• Validate supplier invoices against rates and services; escalate discrepancies.
• Coordinate duty, tax and COD payments to enable prompt cargo release.
