Job summary

Jaymel Airconditioning is seeking a Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced, close-knit team in Adelaide. You will schedule a team of technicians, liaise with clients, suppliers and managers, and ensure compliance with licensing and inductions.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role supports exemplary customer service standards and requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail to keep projects moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to clients, suppliers and technicians.
• Liaise with clientele and coordinate with Project and Service Managers on scheduling.
• Coordinate staff licensing, inductions and regulatory requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties.
