The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, comfort with in-house systems (MS Word/Excel/Outlook), and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Training will be provided, and a supportive team culture is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service based role.
• Exposure to the service industry is helpful but not essential.
• Comfort with technology and in-house systems including MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration activities (scheduling work, client calls, purchase orders).
• Maintain client portals, generate invoicing and work orders to meet client KPIs.
• Coordinate subcontractor administration and support with monthly reporting.
• Handle inbound calls from clients and technicians.
