Menzies Aviation at Brisbane Airport is seeking a Customer Service Agent (Reception) for a permanent part-time role (min 24 hours per week, average 30–35 hours). You will greet drivers, handle documentation, invoices, and inquiries, and support customer relationships as part of a busy aviation logistics environment.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work across a 7-day rotational shift roster.

Qualifications

• Professional, approachable and warm in style with a strong attention to detail.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an administration role.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in detail and be operational.
• Exposure to a blue-collar workforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for delivery drivers entering the facility/reception.
• Process documentation at freight acceptance and delivery.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with enquiries and resolve complaints.
• Create invoices and reconcile banking, ensuring charges are collected.
• Process cash and electronic transactions.
• Complete general filing and other office duties.
