Menzies Aviation Melbourne Airport is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Agent to support our ground operations at Tullamarine. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service to customers and drivers with attention to safety and security standards.

You will greet delivery drivers, manage documentation, assist with enquiries, process invoices, and maintain accurate records. A 7-day rotational shift is required, with a friendly team and opportunities to develop in aviation logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in an administration role.
• Strong written & verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexible and able to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues.
• Willingness to work a 7-day rotational shift roster.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for delivery drivers entering the facility / reception.
• Process documentation at freight acceptance and delivery.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with enquiries and resolve customer complaints.
• Create invoices and reconcile banking ensuring charges are collected.
• Process cash and electronic transactions.
• Complete general filing and other office duties.
