MSS Security is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Customer Experience Officers to join our team at Brisbane Airport. You will be the friendly face passengers turn to for assistance, helping travellers navigate the terminal and enjoy a smooth airport experience.

Be part of Queensland's busiest airport environment. This role requires excellent communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, including AM and PM shifts.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to undergo and pass a national security police check.
• Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours.
• Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including AM and PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers and provide directions at Brisbane Airport.
• Be the friendly face passengers turn to for assistance and information.
• Help travellers navigate the terminal and ensure a smooth airport experience.
