dnata at Brisbane Airport is expanding its customer service team. You will handle telephone inquiries, monitor emails, contact agents and consignees, coordinate with warehouses on bond checks, and track cargo. You will also assist with missing or seized shipments and support training.

The role requires a current QLD Driver's Licence, good IT skills, and strong verbal and written communication. You must meet SLA expectations, be a reliable team player, and be willing to pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• Current QLD Driver's Licence.
• Experience in an Operational environment where SOPs were in place.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Understands the importance of meeting SLA's.
• Excellent team player with a positive can-do attitude.
• Reliable, trustworthy and capable of working independently.

Responsabilités

• Answer telephone enquiries and attend to customer calls.
• Monitor and respond to customer service emails.
• Phoning shipments to Agents/Consignees/Personal Effects; liaising with Warehouse on Bond checks.
• Track and trace shipments; manage missing or seized cargo investigations.
