Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Service Cloud Account Executive in Australia to partner with fast-growing commercial customers, solving service and CX challenges using the full power of Salesforce, including Agentforce, our autonomous AI platform.

You will own end-to-end sales cycles in a named account set, expand within existing customers, hunt for new logos, and exceed quota through a consultative, outcome-led approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience selling technology solutions, ideally in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Field Service, or CX.
• Strong track record of quota overachievement.
• Excellent consultative selling skills—discovery, solution framing, negotiation, and close.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy across your commercial territory.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their service and CX challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding within existing accounts and acquiring new logos.
• Evangelize AI-powered service solutions that transform how businesses support customers.
• Run full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close.
• Exceed annual quota through a consultative, outcome-led approach.
