Job summary

Salesforce's Service Cloud Account Executive in Sydney is responsible for selling AI-powered service solutions to commercial customers and prospects, carrying quota and expanding within existing accounts while hunting new logos.

You will partner with customers to understand their service and CX challenges, frame solutions, negotiate, and close deals, leveraging Agentforce and the full Salesforce ecosystem. This role offers a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience selling technology solutions.
• Track record of consistent quota overachievement.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, framing, negotiation, and close.
• Experience with SaaS and software sales.
• Ability to work cross-functionally on complex deals.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy across your commercial territory.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their service and CX challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding within existing accounts and acquiring net-new logos.
• Evangelize AI-powered service solutions including Agentforce that transform customer support.
• Run full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close.
• Exceed annual quota through a consultative, outcome-led approach.
