Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive growth in WA and SA, selling AI-powered CX/EX solutions to mid-market customers. You will partner with senior leaders to demonstrate ROI and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

The role requires a growth mindset, passion for AI, and ability to travel as needed to client sites across Western Australia and South Australia. A hybrid work model is supported.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS sales experience with mid-market or complex deals.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Genuine interest in how AI transforms customer experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with proactive problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within WA/SA.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth & Value by acquiring new customers and expanding partnerships in WA & SA.
• Champion AI innovation and translate tech into ROI for leaders.
• Build relationships with VP and C-level decision-makers across sales cycles.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to create a high-converting pipeline.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success and leadership to deliver outcomes.
