You will lead design, development and deployment of AI/ML workflows, build co-pilots and intelligent automation, and drive responsible AI practices within governance and security constraints.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI or related discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML/generative AI solutions into production.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills with APIs, testing, source control and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms like Azure AI Foundry/OpenAI is highly regarded.
• Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search and agent orchestration.
• Understanding of data platforms, security, privacy and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of MLOps, monitoring, observability and cost management.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI and AI governance controls.
• Nice-to-have Snowflake Cortex AI and regulated enterprise experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy AI solutions aligned to business priorities and approved architecture.
• Develop Co-pilot, AI assistants and intelligent automation to improve outcomes and productivity.
• Translate business problems into AI use cases, requirements, designs and plans.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration patterns, APIs and data platform integrations.
• Partner with Data Engineering for data preparation, quality and lineage controls.
• Apply software engineering, DevOps and MLOps practices including CI/CD and observability.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Privacy and AI Governance to meet standards.
