Laing O’Rourke is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to drive the technical delivery of complex AI, ML and generative AI projects in Australia. You will shape secure, scalable production-ready solutions on Databricks, Azure and Copilot Studio, guiding teams and stakeholders from early experiments to live deployments.

You’ll lead cross-functional delivery, set engineering standards, ensure responsible AI practices, and mentor engineers while partnering with business leaders to realise strategic AI

Aufgaben

• Personally design, prototype, build, test, deploy and troubleshoot AI/ML and generative AI solutions using Databricks and Azure.
• Advise on solution patterns across Databricks, Azure, Copilot Studio and analytics.
• Design Copilot Studio solutions including knowledge grounding, actions, connectors and access controls.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to teams, sharing reusable components and lessons learned.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise architecture, cyber security, privacy, data governance and responsible AI requirements.
