Job summary

MMS Group (McMillan Shakespeare) is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to design, develop, deploy and support secure, scalable AI solutions. You will work across business and technology teams to deliver AI products, Co-pilot agents and intelligent workflows.

You will combine software engineering, ML and automation to translate priority opportunities into production-ready AI solutions and support adoption, monitoring and lifecycle improvements. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML/generative AI solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and support scalable AI solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Build Co-pilot agents and intelligent automation to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cyber Security and AI governance for compliant solutions.
