Fusion5 is seeking an AI Process Transformation Consultant to shape how people, processes and technology work together. You will lead discovery and redesign conversations, identify generative AI and automation opportunities, and translate them into clear future-state processes and requirements for technical teams.

You’ll collaborate with AI architects, engineers, data specialists and change practitioners to deliver impactful transformations and adoption plans.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience across business transformation, analysis, process consulting or similar.
• Experience in business process analysis and redesign including current and future-state mapping.
• Experience translating complex cross-functional processes into clear requirements.
• Exposure to AI, automation, digital or data-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with solution architects, engineers and data teams.
• Understanding of generative AI and agentic AI and relevant Microsoft tools.
• Ability to challenge technical architecture at a conceptual level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer discovery and process redesign workshops.
• Analyse end-to-end workflows, pain points and hand-offs for improvement.
• Design future-state processes showing how people, AI agents, automation, data and systems work together.
• Identify high-value AI and agentic use cases.
• Define user journeys, business rules and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with AI architects, engineers and data teams.
• Support prototypes, pilots and adoption planning.
• Contribute to proposals, SOWs, roadmaps and estimates.
