Job summary

Zurich is seeking a People Analytics and Automation Specialist to shape the future of HR. Sitting within our People Team and reporting to the Head of People Services, you'll combine analytics, automation, AI and emerging technology to transform how people services are delivered and how workforce decisions are made.

As Zurich drives its digital transformation, you'll build intelligent solutions that improve employee experiences, automate workflows and extend team capability through AI.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in analytics, BI, reporting or technology solution delivery in HR or related function.
• Advanced Power BI capabilities including dashboards, data modelling and DAX.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms (data lakes/warehouses).
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Zurich's people analytics capability through reporting and workforce intelligence.
• Design and deliver automated workflows and digital solutions that improve efficiency and employee experiences.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions, including Copilot and agent-based capabilities, expanding People Team effectiveness.
• Partner with HR, Finance and stakeholders to solve workforce and people-related challenges.
• Deliver regulatory reporting and people insights to support compliance and informed decision making.
• Champion privacy, security, governance and data quality practices.
