Job summary

Zurich is seeking a People Analytics and Automation Specialist to transform HR delivery through analytics, automation and AI. You’ll work within the People Team, partnering with HR, Finance and stakeholders to unlock workforce insights and deploy Copilot-enabled workflows that improve experiences and governance.

You’ll design scalable analytics solutions, enable data-driven decisions, and ensure privacy and security practices are embedded as part of every initiative.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in analytics, BI, reporting or technology solution delivery, ideally within HR.
• Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development and data modelling.
• Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and complex data environments.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
• Design/build scalable automation/AI or digital workflow solutions delivering business value.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security and risk management when handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Zurich's people analytics capability through reporting and insights.
• Design and deliver automated workflows and digital solutions for efficiency and employee experience.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions that extend the People Team's effectiveness.
• Partner with HR, Finance and stakeholders to solve workforce challenges.
• Deliver regulatory reporting and people insights for compliance and decision making.
• Champion governance and data quality across projects.
