Job summary

Zurich is seeking a People Analytics and Automation Specialist to shape the future of HR. Sitting within our People Team and reporting to the Head of People Services, you'll combine analytics, automation, AI and emerging technology to transform how people services are delivered and how workforce decisions are made.

As Zurich drives its digital transformation, you'll build intelligent solutions that improve employee experiences, automate workflows and extend team capability through AI.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in analytics, BI, reporting or technology solution delivery in HR or related function.
• Advanced Power BI capabilities including dashboards, data modelling and DAX.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms (data lakes/warehouses).
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Zurich's people analytics capability through reporting and workforce intelligence.
• Design and deliver automated workflows and digital solutions that improve efficiency and employee experiences.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions, including Copilot and agent-based capabilities, expanding People Team effectiveness.
• Partner with HR, Finance and stakeholders to solve workforce and people-related challenges.
• Deliver regulatory reporting and people insights to support compliance and informed decision making.

We're looking for a People Analytics and Automation Specialist to help shape the future of HR at Zurich. Sitting within our People Team and reporting to the Head of People Services, you'll combine analytics, automation, AI and emerging technology to transform how people services are delivered and how workforce decisions are made.

As Zurich continues its digital transformation, you'll have the opportunity to build intelligent solutions that improve employee experiences, automate workflows, unlock deeper workforce insights and extend team capability through AI. From developing Copilot-enabled experiences and agentic workflows to solving complex workforce challenges with data, you'll play a key role in defining what a modern, AI-enabled HR function looks like while ensuring solutions are delivered responsibly, securely and with strong governance.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Build and evolve Zurich's people analytics capability through impactful reporting, insights and workforce intelligence
• Design and deliver automated workflows and digital solutions that improve efficiency and employee experiences
• Develop AI-enabled solutions, including Copilot and agent-based capabilities, that extend the effectiveness of the People Team
• Partner with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to solve workforce, organisational and people-related challenges
• Deliver regulatory reporting and people insights that support compliance and informed decision making
• Champion responsible innovation by embedding strong privacy, security, governance and data quality practices

You're someone who gets excited about the possibilities of data, automation and AI. You enjoy challenging traditional ways of working, translating complex problems into practical solutions and bringing stakeholders on the journey. You'll balance innovation with strong judgement and understand that successful technology adoption is built on trust, governance and measurable business outcomes.
In order to be successful, you will have the following:

• Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting or technology solution delivery, ideally within HR or a related business function
• Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX and the delivery of actionable business insights
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, data warehouses and complex data environments
• Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Demonstrated ability to design, build and deploy scalable automation, AI or digital workflow solutions that drive business value
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, security and risk management when working with sensitive information
