You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline data flows, optimize lead management, and implement scalable automation, while embracing a remote-first culture and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Marketo experience in a B2B context.
• Strong CRM integration experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to design AI-driven automation and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage Day-to-day Marketo operations to ensure uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage; troubleshoot routing, scoring, and sync issues with Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimization and AI-driven automation for speed to market.
• Understand marketing, sales, and business processes; translate requirements into data constraints.
