Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is deeply versed in Marketo and AI‑driven automation. You will architect and operate the marketing engine, linking Marketo with Salesforce, while driving removal of manual processes and data debt in a remote‑first environment.

You will own platform health, lead investigations, and drive cross‑functional alignment to accelerate speed‑to‑market with scalable, data‑driven workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• You don’t just build workflows; you architect AI‑assisted automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of data flows across MarTech ecosystems (initial touchpoint to Salesforce opportunity).

• Platform Management & Support: maintain Marketo with high uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: diagnose funnel leaks, routing issues, and sync problems between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: continuously improve campaign logic with AI and faster time‑to‑market.
• Cross‑Functional Business Alignment: translate business requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: partner on high‑level projects to reduce technical debt and simplify the Marketo instance.
• List Operations Management: oversee data hygiene, segmentation, and execution with potential AI automation.
• Ruthless Documentation: maintain up‑to‑date documentation for all systems and workflows.
