Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist with an AI‑first approach to transform our marketing engine. You will architect autonomous Marketo workflows, replacing manual processes and eliminating friction through intelligent automation.

You will manage Marketo and investigate funnel issues, align marketing and sales processes, and push for continuous optimization in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Strong appetite for using AI tools to solve MarOps problems.
• Systems thinking across the MarTech stack from initial touchpoint to Salesforce.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce integration to MAPs (Marketo preferred).
• High autonomy with focus on delivering value over volume.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Marketo to support the business with high system uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage and troubleshoot routing, scoring, and sync issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimization and apply AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Understand marketing, sales, and business processes and translate requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• Oversee List Operations and maintain data hygiene and segmentation.
