Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist (Remote) to architect and automate the marketing engine using Marketo and AI‑assisted workflows. You will drive end‑to‑end platform management, optimise campaigns, and reduce manual work across the MarTech stack.

A passion for data, automation, and scaling processes is essential. You will lead Marketo operations, troubleshoot funnel issues, and collaborate with sales and marketing to align processes.

Formación

• 5+ years hands‑on marketing automation experience in a fast‑paced B2B environment.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Management & Support for Marketo and integrations with Salesforce.
• Lead investigations and troubleshooting for funnel leakage, routing, scoring, and sync issues.
• Drive operational and campaign optimisation using AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Develop understanding of marketing and sales processes to translate requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• Overhaul Marketo for simplicity and reduced technical debt with senior marketing ops alignment.
• Manage List Operations, data hygiene, segmentation and timely executions (2 direct reports).
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for systems and workflows.
