Employment Hero is a remote-first company delivering an Employment Operating System that unifies hiring, HR, payroll and benefits. We seek a Marketing Operations Specialist who can architect our marketing engine, drive AI-assisted automation, and reduce manual processes while aligning marketing with sales and business goals.

You will own Marketo operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and push for system improvements with autonomy and high performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• AI-first mindset with ability to build agentic workflows using AI tools.
• Systems thinking across the MarTech stack, from initial touchpoint to Salesforce opportunity.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce integration with MAPs (Marketo preferred).

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of Marketo to support the business with high uptime and scalable processes.
• Investigate funnel leakage; troubleshoot routing, scoring, and sync issues between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Drive continuous Marketo optimization and apply AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Understand marketing, sales, and business processes; translate requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• Partner with leadership on overhauling and simplifying the Marketo instance to reduce technical debt.
