Job summary

UpGuard in Australia is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and implement AI-native automations that massively improve the productivity of our Revenue team across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.

You will work with the latest AI and automation tech, partner with end users, and integrate automations with CRMs, CDPs, and engagement tools to scale our go-to-market operations. This role is remote-friendly with strong learning and hardware benefits.

Qualifications

A track record of leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate manual workflows.
Experience with Python and/or Javascript.
Expertise with automation platforms such as n8n.
Comprehensive knowledge of REST API architecture both as a user and builder of APIs.
A can-do attitude and drive to build innovative, out-of-the-box solutions using technologies that you may be unfamiliar with.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement AI-native automations.
Leverage automation platforms such as n8n.
Build custom software solutions where required.
Integrate automations with key business systems such as CRMs, Customer Data Platforms, and Sales Engagement tools.
Interface with Data Warehouses using tools such as dbt and reverse-ETL platforms.
