Job summary

Ansarada is seeking a senior growth operator to own global AI-driven growth across paid acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle marketing. You’ll shape the growth engine, lead experimentation, and translate data into revenue decisions at a company trusted for secure dealmaking.

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll build AI-powered workflows, manage cross-channel campaigns, and partner with Product, Sales, and agency partners to scale pipeline and eCommerce revenue globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing with track record of owning channel strategy and budget.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; experience with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce).
• Solid grasp of SEO, CMS (Sanity.io), tracking and website management.
• Advanced analytical skills with Google Analytics, SEMrush and Power BI; comfortable with attribution and funnel analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap across paid acquisition, conversion and lifecycle marketing.
• Run a structured experimentation program with multivariate tests to lift conversion and ROI.
• Partner with Product and Growth teams on freemium, activation and product-led growth initiatives; manage onboarding and conversion.
• Own landing page performance and contribute to SEO strategy with content team; translate data into growth recommendations.
• Build AI-powered workflows to accelerate campaign development, analysis, reporting and experimentation.
