Instant is seeking a Product Manager to shape AI-powered marketing and scale self-serve experiences globally. You will drive a roadmap aimed at sign-up conversion and merchant growth, identify opportunities, and lead end-to-end initiatives with a small squad of engineers and designers.

You will excel in a fast-paced environment, pivot quickly, and translate opportunities into measurable impact through product, inbound growth and self-serve strategies.

• Proven experience in product, inbound growth and self-serve user acquisition.
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify opportunities and act.
• Ability to lead end-to-end projects across a small squad.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong product roadmap focused on sign-up conversion and user growth.
• Research and execute opportunities to improve self-serve experience for merchants.
• Conduct continuous AI experiments to improve adoption and outcomes.
• Work with engineers and designers to design, build, scale, and iterate ideas.
