Job summary

Ansarada, the secure dealmaking infrastructure company, is hiring a senior growth operator to own global digital growth across paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing. You’ll shape the growth roadmap, set budgets, and partner with product and sales to drive new customers and revenue.

You’ll leverage AI to accelerate testing, analysis, and optimization, and you’ll lead a team across marketing, product, and agencies in a hybrid Sydney-based role with a global remit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in digital, performance or growth marketing with ownership of channel strategy and budgets.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of major ad platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of SEO, CMS, tracking and website management.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap across global paid acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle marketing.
• Develop and execute global paid acquisition strategies across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other channels.
• Manage channel budgets and targets to drive new customers, pipeline and revenue.
• Identify new audiences, channels and growth opportunities via data and experimentation.
• Lead agency partners and ensure alignment to commercial outcomes.
• Run a structured experimentation program with landing pages, funnels and campaigns to lift conversion and ROI.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth on freemium, activation, and product-led growth initiatives.
• Analyse performance across paid media, GA4, Data Studio, HubSpot and Salesforce to identify opportunities.
