Job summary

Sonder is seeking a Head of Marketing on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Waterloo, NSW. You will lead the marketing function, own the annual plan, and drive full lifecycle marketing from acquisition to retention while embedding AI into workflows.

You will manage a team of seven, report to the CRO, and oversee product marketing, brand, and category leadership in a fast-growing health-tech SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years leading a team.
• Proven track record delivering demand and pipeline results.
• Experience in SaaS and/or health-tech.
• Full lifecycle marketing from acquisition to retention.
• Confident managing budgets, agencies, and measuring ROI.
• Hands-on experience embedding AI into marketing workflows.
• Clear communicator capable of reporting to an Executive Leadership Team.
• Hands-on leader who can ramp quickly and lead with confidence from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sonder’s marketing function on a 12-month fixed-term contract, delivering the annual plan across the full lifecycle from demand to adoption and engagement.
• Own product marketing, brand, and category leadership while embedding AI across how the team works.
• Manage a team of 7 and report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Oversee budgeting, agency relationships, and performance with measurable ROI.
