Job summary

Recruitment Expert is recruiting a Customer Success Manager for an AI tax platform serving Australian accountants. You’ll guide firms from day one, onboarding across products, hosting webinars, and acting as the learning lead to continuously uplift client teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in tax or business services, strong AI and technical tax skills, and superb people skills. Fully remote in Australia; growth-focused environment with impactful learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5+ years in tax or business services within an Australian accounting firm.
• Solid technical tax knowledge to build trust with practitioners.
• Demonstrated AI-savvy with use of AI agents for tax research/workflow automation.
• Excellent people skills and confident phone manner.
• Comfortable presenting to partners or large webinars.
• Self-starter who can build from a blank page without a framework.
• Fast learner of new software, especially AI.
• Open to moving into product-led or client-centric roles.
• SaaS or customer success experience is nice to have but not essential; tax credibility matters more.
• High EQ to read and engage a room, even virtually.

Responsibilities

• Run live onboarding sessions for practitioners across products by phone or video/webinar.
• Host webinars on onboarding, adoption and best practices of AI and tools.
• Act as Fractional Head of Learning by building learning plans and conducting quarterly reviews.
• Be the product expert who answers unique questions from clients.
• Provide AI policy and education best-practice guidance for firms.
• Create guides, quarterly briefs and customer experience initiatives; measure impact.
• Identify growth opportunities and pass them to sales (closing not required).
• Support sales leaders in building a world-class customer experience playbook.
