• Demonstrated track record of independently leading projects end to end.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to drive operational decisions, with advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
• Proven ability to build, scale, and refine operational processes in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication skills to align and influence cross-functional teams (Legal, Policy, Product, Engineering).
