Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead enablement, insight and automation within Australia. The role reports to the Head of Compliance Operations & Capability and focuses on scalable, insight-led reporting, data analytics and automation across the Compliance function.

You will drive governance and build team capability through coaching, standards and tools. This 12-month fixed term contract emphasizes developing automated controls, dashboards and reporting solutions

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial services or insurance.
• Proven experience leading reporting, automation, analytics or data-driven governance initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of compliance functions, governance frameworks and risk management.
• Advanced capability in data analytics, dashboarding and automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive and Board-level reporting.
• Experience coaching others and building capability in continuous improvement, data literacy or automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of compliance reporting for Board, Group, Regional and Local stakeholders.
• Design dashboards and automated reporting solutions that identify emerging risks and improve decision-making.
• Shape and deliver the local Compliance automation roadmap in line with Group and Regional priorities.
• Lead the design and governance of automated controls, workflows and reporting solutions.
• Build team capability through coaching, standards, tools and practical guidance on data and automation.
• Provide compliance reporting, data and automation expertise across strategic and enterprise initiatives.
