• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience in Australian regulated financial services.
• Experience managing teams and setting priorities.
• Strong knowledge of ASIC guidance, credit licensing, responsible lending and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the Australian regulatory compliance program and translate global strategy to local execution.
• Maintain and monitor compliance obligations, risk assessments, and remediation actions.
• Lead governance reporting, horizon scanning, and regulatory change management.
• Partner with Product, Legal, Credit, Marketing, Privacy and Engineering to guide compliance for new products.
• Oversee and improve regulatory reporting, breach management, and audit readiness.
