Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is hiring an After-Hours Supervisor (Grade 5 Registered Nurse) in Victoria, commencing ASAP until March 2027. The role includes clinical leadership, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

Salary is $67.33 per hour plus super and shift penalties where applicable, with night shifts Sunday to Tuesday 10:00pm–7:15am. The successful candidate will hold AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing (or higher), and at least 2 years’ aged care RN

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration
• Bachelor of Nursing (or higher qualification)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
• Grade 5 Registered Nurse
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Demonstrated experience using ANNAC
• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High-level documentation skills in care planning and evaluation
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team
