In the role of Agribusiness Manager 2, you will work with the Regional & Agribusiness Team in Grafton that’s doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
• Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
• Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
• Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
• Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.
