Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Jira Administrator to lead the adoption and continual improvement of agile and product management practices within the Commodities and Global Markets Central Portfolio Performance and Delivery team.

You will partner with platform, product, business, technology, data and delivery leaders to translate customer needs into clear outcomes, prioritised roadmaps and practical delivery plans, while administering Jira and guiding teams in agile ways of working.

Qualifications

Hands-on Jira administration in a complex enterprise environment.
Ability to resolve Jira configuration, data and user issues and implement scalable solutions.
Experience with platform-based operating models and linking customer outcomes to delivery.
Strong knowledge of product discovery, roadmaps, backlog management, agile practices and outcome measurement.

Responsibilities

Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of agile and product management practices across Commodities and Global Markets.
Translate customer needs into clear outcomes, prioritised roadmaps, and practical delivery plans.
Administer and improve Jira, establish consistent planning and delivery practices, strengthen governance and reporting, manage dependencies, and coach teams to agile ways of working.
