Macquarie Group is seeking a Jira Administrator to lead the adoption and continual improvement of agile and product management practices within the Commodities and Global Markets Central Portfolio Performance and Delivery team.

You will partner with platform, product, business, technology, data and delivery leaders to translate customer needs into clear outcomes, prioritised roadmaps and practical delivery plans, while administering Jira and guiding teams in agile ways of working.

Our Commodities and Global Markets Central Portfolio Performance and Delivery team supports the effective prioritisation, governance and delivery of change. What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the adoption and continued improvement of agile and product management practices across Commodities and Global Markets, helping embed our platform operating model across business and technology teams. You will partner with platform, product, business, technology, data and delivery leaders to translate customer needs into clear outcomes, prioritised roadmaps, well-managed backlogs and practical delivery plans. You will also take hands-on responsibility for administering and improving Jira, establishing consistent planning and delivery practices, strengthening governance and reporting, managing dependencies, and coaching teams to use agile ways of working to deliver measurable customer and business value.
