Job summary

Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking an Associate Director | Agile Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology delivery and transformation across business, technology, operations and risk within the Corporate Operations Group.

You will orchestrate multi-workstream delivery, track scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions, coordinate agile ceremonies, governance and reporting, and partner with product owners, engineering leads and senior stakeholders to maintain momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale technology, transformation or product delivery initiatives using agile ways of working.
• Strong experience using Jira to manage sprints, reporting, dependencies and delivery roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills across delivery teams and senior executives.
• Experience managing delivery budgets, resource plans, vendors and governance forums.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.

Associate Director | Agile Delivery Manager, Market Services Transformation

Our Market Services transformation programme team delivers large-scale technology and transformation initiatives across business, technology, operations and risk. We use agile ways of working to deliver value at pace while managing governance, risk and delivery commitments. Siting within the Corporate Operations Group, the Market Services transformation team support significant change activity in our Commodities and Global Markets business.

This is a 12 month max term contract.
