Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking an Associate Director | Agile Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology delivery and transformation across business, technology, operations and risk within the Corporate Operations Group.

You will orchestrate multi-workstream delivery, track scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions, coordinate agile ceremonies, governance and reporting, and partner with product owners, engineering leads and senior stakeholders to maintain momentum.

Competenze

Proven experience leading large-scale technology, transformation or product delivery initiatives using agile ways of working.
Strong experience using Jira to manage sprints, reporting, dependencies and delivery roadmaps.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills across delivery teams and senior executives.
Experience managing delivery budgets, resource plans, vendors and governance forums.
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.

Mansioni

You will orchestrate and enable delivery across numerous workstreams of the Market Services transformation programme, providing oversight and structure to help teams maintain momentum and deliver against agreed priorities.
You will support the tracking of scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions, bringing together inputs from product owners, engineering leads, business stakeholders and delivery partners to maintain a clear view of progress.
You will coordinate delivery plans, agile ceremonies, governance and reporting, proactively identifying obstacles and ensuring key decisions, risks and dependencies are visible and appropriately managed.
