Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Senior Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery for cross-functional squads in wealth management initiatives. You will translate program roadmaps into tangible tech deliveries and maintain governance, dashboards, and transparent reporting.

The role requires strong Jira/Confluence expertise, dual-squad agility, and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset in a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead in complex technology, systems integration, or digital transformation projects.
Hands-on delivery professional who coordinates day-to-day tasks without relying on a separate PMO.
Strong Scrum Master experience to anchor dual-squad agile cadences.
Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence for epics, sprints, and traceability.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Squad Execution: own delivery lifecycle for multiple squads from concept to production deployment and benefits realisation.
Agile & Scrum Operations: facilitate ceremonies and sprint planning with capacity forecasting.
Jira & Confluence Tooling Hygiene: manage Jira boards, Confluence docs, and dependency visualization.
Risk & Dependency Management: identify bottlenecks and implement proactive mitigations.
Governance & Progress Dashboards: produce status reports and live dashboards for leadership.
