Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years' experience in volunteer management, human resources, community services coordination or a similar people-focused coordination role.

• Recruiting, screening, onboarding and supporting volunteers
• Managing referrals and ensuring timely contact and appropriate participant matching
• Monitoring program activity against funded targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate, compliant and audit-ready records
• Preparing reports within required timeframes
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with aged care providers and community organisations
• Representing Ageing with Grace professionally and ethically at all times
