Glenvale Villas is an award-winning supported living community delivering care and support to our aged residents. The role of Support at Home Coordinator/Care Partner is part-time, Monday to Friday, offering a client-focused position in a growing aged care sector.

The role also emphasizes effective caseload management and adherence to best practice standards and legislation. Previous aged care experience is valued, along with current First Aid/CPR certification and National Police Check.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Support at Home Packages and care standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and waitlists effectively.
• Ensure consumer care and case coordination aligns with best practice standards and legislation.
• Aged Care experience is advantageous.
• Strong time management with an established caseload.
• National Police Check is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates held.
