The position offers a base of $65,000 plus super, with uncapped commission and an OTE of $80K–$90K per year. Office‑based, five days a week, in a growing company embracing technology and AI.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence handling a high volume of phone calls while maintaining quality conversations.
• Proactive, resilient and results-driven attitude.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Manage and convert warm leads into successful sales.
• Build rapport and trust with potential care recipients and their families.
