Job summary

Trilogy Care in Brisbane seeks a results-driven salesperson to join our mission-driven team delivering aged care solutions across Australia. This office-based role focuses on genuine client engagement, empathetic guidance, and achieving strong earnings linked to new client acquisition.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, build rapport, explain care pathways, manage a CRM pipeline, and collaborate with onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, customer engagement, or client relations.
• Confident and calm phone presence.
• Ability to connect emotionally, read between the lines, and guide decisions.
• Comfortable working to KPIs, but with quality always front of mind.
• Experience in aged care, health, or community services is valued - but not essential.

What You'll Be Doing
