The position offers a base of $65,000 plus super, with uncapped commission and an OTE of $80K–$90K per year. Office‑based, five days a week, in a growing company embracing technology and AI.

About the role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll play an important role in helping older Australians and their families understand their care options and access the support they need.

You’ll be managing warm inbound leads, making outbound follow‑up calls and guiding potential customers through their journey with Trilogy Care. This is a phone‑based sales role where you’ll combine a customer‑first approach with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Location: Bowen Hills, Brisbane

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
