You will own your own client portfolio, respond to enquiries, and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth, responsive experience. The role offers a base salary around 75k AUD plus a KPI-based bonus and opportunities to grow.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, case management or client relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with diverse people.
• Empathy, accountability and a proactive approach to problems.
• Aged care experience welcome but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Manage an allocated portfolio of clients, providing consistent and personalised support.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and service providers.
• Coordinate services and respond to changing client needs and priorities.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails in a busy, phone-based environment.
• Take ownership of enquiries, investigate issues and follow through to resolution.
• Work closely with internal teams and service providers to ensure coordinated support.
• Maintain accurate client records and updates using CRM and Microsoft systems.
• Identify concerns and escalate when needed.
