Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Roster Scheduler to own rostering, workforce admin and payroll support for our residential aged care services. You’ll develop compliant rosters, analyse workforce data, and provide timely reporting to enable informed decisions.

Working with the Service Manager, you’ll ensure rosters are accurate, accessible and confidential, supporting staff, residents and families with professional rostering practices.

Formación

• Certificate III in Business Admin or Customer Service
• Rostering experience or transferable skills
• Payroll and workforce reporting experience
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams and Office

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day rostering for staff, including updates and compliance
• Prepare and maintain roster reports and support payroll processes
• Collaborate with the Workforce Coordinator to keep rosters current and accessible
• Respond to enquiries from staff and residents’ families
• Organise meetings, training and take minutes as required
• Process invoices accurately and promptly
• Ensure confidentiality, privacy and policy compliance
• Communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
