Reporting to Residential and Home Care Manager, you will perform assessments, care planning, medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We support professional development, relocation assistance, and a generous leave policy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master of Nursing required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents' needs.
• Conduct health assessments and develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor residents' health, administer medications and treatments, and document accurately.
