Job summary

Yadu Health Aboriginal Corporation invites qualified Registered Nurses to join our Aged Care team at Seaview Village in Ceduna. Multiple permanent full-time and part-time positions are available to support our elderly residents with compassionate, culturally safe care.

Reporting to the Residential and Home Care Manager, you’ll work alongside GPs, nurses and Aboriginal health workers to enhance residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current AHPRA Registration without restrictions.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
• Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
• Permanent work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Conduct health assessments, develop care plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor residents’ health, respond to changes, and administer medications and treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with standards.
• Foster a supportive environment that promotes residents’ dignity and independence.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues; supervise care staff.
• Contribute to infection prevention, compliance and ongoing professional development.
