Job summary
Australian Regional & Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in APY Lands. You will provide clinical care and leadership within our Aged Care Facility, while also supporting home care needs across surrounding communities.
A relocation package and furnished, shared accommodation are included in your remuneration. The role offers an exclusive package with competitive penalties and allowances, including salary sacrifice benefits and travel
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Working rights for Australia – not offered on sponsorship.
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (geriatric/aged care preferred).
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
- Experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural care teams.
- Desirable experience with Indigenous Australians or remote areas.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; intermediate computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to residents in the aged care facility.
- Lead, supervise and support less experienced staff to achieve high-quality care.
- Contribute to person-centred care aligned with ARRCS mission.
