Yadu Health Aboriginal Corporation seeks dedicated Support Workers to join our Aged Care team in Ceduna and surrounding areas. You will support Elders and residents in Seaview Village and homes, ensuring safe, culturally appropriate care and a comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, providing companionship, monitoring health, and maintaining records. We value dignity, respect, and community wellbeing in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Aged Care role is required.
• Good communication and compassionate care approach.
• Valid Driver Licence (Class C) is required or desirable.
• Permanent work rights in Australia are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide companionship and encourage social participation.
• Monitor health, assist with medications as directed, report changes.
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure a clean living environment.
• Communicate with Residents, families, and colleagues and complete training.
