Aged Care Decisions, based in Southport, is hiring for multiple client services positions. You will assist families by telephone to place loved ones into residential aged care and connect them with Home Care providers.

You will work within a growing team that values empathy and clear communication. Roles are available as part-time or full-time, offering flexible weekly hours and the chance to join Australia’s largest aged care placement team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in telephone/call centre or customer service roles is preferred.
• Evidence of achieving KPIs and handling high volumes of calls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mature, autonomous work ethic and dedication to helping families.

Aufgaben

• Interact over the phone with families needing aged care placement or Home Care providers.
• Use internal systems to understand care needs and budgets, shortlist options.
• Answer questions about residential aged care or Home Care.
• Build trust and provide tailored information and reassurance to clients.
• Provide up-to-date information regarding aged care to families.
• Casual roles require flexible availability across a fortnightly schedule.
